1. Why are your packages priced at this level?
Our pricing reflects the depth of expertise behind every design. With over 15 years of experience inhigh-end residential and hospitality projects, we approach each room with the same level of careand precision.Unlike many volume-based online design platforms, this is not a template or algorithm-led service.
Each scheme is individually developed, carefully specified, and tailored to your space and lifestyle.Clients invest in clarity, confidence and a design that feels considered from the outset — helping toavoid costly mistakes and indecision later on.
2. Which package should I choose?
If you’re looking for a clear design direction, curated selections and guidance you can confidentlyimplement yourself, Laala Refine is ideal. If you’d like scaled layouts, 3D visualisations and a more fully resolved scheme, Laala Transformoffers a deeper level of detail and control.

3. What exactly will I receive?
You’ll receive a professionally prepared presentation outlining your room concept, layout guidance,colour direction and a curated shopping list with direct purchase links.
For Transform projects, this also includes scaled layouts and 3D visualisations so you can clearlyunderstand how the space will come together
4. What budget should I allow for furniture and finishes?
Our design fee is separate from your furnishing budget.
Every project is different, but as a guide, we typically work with clients who are ready to investthoughtfully in quality pieces that will last. During the briefing stage, we’ll ask about your budget andtailor selections accordingly.
We design to suit your comfort level — not beyond it.
5. How long does the process take?
Once your questionnaire is submitted, we typically deliver your initial presentation within 2–3weeks. Timelines may vary depending on complexity, but we’ll confirm this clearly before starting
6. Can I request changes?
Yes. Laala Refine includes one round of revisions, and Laala Transform includes two. Our process iscollaborative, and refinements are built in to ensure the scheme feels right for you
7. Do you offer on-site or full-service design?
Yes.
In addition to our online packages, we take on a limited number of full-service interior designprojects each year for clients undertaking larger renovations or complete room transformations.
Our on-site service includes design development, supplier coordination, and project oversight fromconcept through to completion.If you’re considering a more comprehensive project, we’d be happy to discuss whether this serviceis the right fit
